o Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 3 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
o Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours to health@ceerasoursop.com for a refund or exchange. Ensure you include your order details and a clear photograph of the faulty item. Damaged products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
o Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 3 days at health@ceerasoursop.com for resolution.
o Opened Products: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you experience quality issues, we will assist in resolving them.
o Exchange: Products may be exchanged at your own cost within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Refund Process

o Ship the product back in its original packaging.
o Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
o Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Additional Notes
o The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
o Cancellations by the customer will incur a 15% administration fee.
